Broome in the north of the state has a tropical climate and is subject to a wet and a dry season. The dry season from April to October is superb with hot dry days and balmy nights. Rain is typically not experienced for at least 6 months. During the wet, tropical rains fall and many roads are closed so selection of 4WD tours is reduced.
